AC single phase filters  ( TK250  series)

TCIC AC  filters provide effective EMI protection for electrical equipment powered by 50/60Hz, 110 - 250V sources. 
Cables in a power network affect the noise signal generated by equipment.  Distributed inductance and capacitance of the cables in addition to the skin effect reduce high-frequency content of the noise; however the same inductance and capacitance create resonant circuits that "ring" on sharp transient signals that are all too common on power lines and transform these short transients into longer low-frequency signals.  These low-frequency signals (generally, up to 1MHz) are not present during electromagnetic emission tests in a laboratory and thus are not controlled by the equipment's own filters.                                                                                                                                                              

 TCIC filters suppress noise in both directions, therefore they can be used for isolating either sensitive equipment or   noisy equipment from power lines.

Servo Filter -3 Phases ( TK380 series)

Operation of servo and variable frequency motors causes a number of problems in a tool, including damage to the motor’s bearings from leakage currents. Another problem caused by this noise is errors in operation of electronic equipment, including test and metrology. Sensitive electronic components processed on such tools as IC handlers, wire bonders, SMT pick-and-place machines and many others can be subject to electrical overstress (EOS) caused by noise from servo motors, affecting yield and reliability.

TCIC servo motor EMI filters perform two important functions: they substantially reduce high-frequency noise within the tool resulting from operation of servo and variable frequency motors and improve reliability of motors by reducing leakage current through their bearings.  Unique patent-pending technology allows for reduction of current in ground beyond capabilities of regular filters.
